Advocating for a Safer Community

At the Law Offices of Thomas G. Kemmy, we have built our practice on the belief that every case we pursue is an opportunity to work toward a safer community. Time and time again, we see ordinary people whose lives are abruptly changed because someone else either violated or ignored the basic safety rules we all live by and depend on. When another individual or business violates these safety rules, which everyone must follow, it places the rest of the community at unnecessary risk of harm. Our jury system allows our community to hold accountable those who have violated basic rules for safety, and who needlessly harmed others as a result.

WE DON'T GET PAID

UNLESS WE WIN

We take most of our cases on a contingency fee basis. We do not get paid anything unless we win or settle your case. Additionally, we pay for all case expenses up front, including court costs and expert fees. We do not ask to be reimbursed for any expenses unless we win the case.

DEDICATED TO EVERY

CLIENT AND THEIR CAUSE

Our philisophy is quality over quantity. We handle a limited amount of cases in order to provide all of our clients with outstanding representation, both in and out of the courtroom setting. At the Kemmy Firm, you will not become another file. We are committed to each and every one of our clients.

Over 30 Years of
Trial Experience

The Kemmy firm is not afraid of going to trial when necessary. Many of our clients come to us with complex legal issues, such as catastrophic personal injuries, or business disputes in which substantial sums of money are in controversy. When the stakes are at their highest, sometimes the only way to obtain a just  and meaningful resolution is present your case to a civil jury. However, that is easier said than done because jury trials can be very unpredictable. If your health or livelihood is on the line, it is imperative that you hire an experienced trial lawyer who knows how to effectively advocate for you both in and out of the courtroom setting. With over 30 years of experience, Tom Kemmy knows how to manage the most complex civil cases, and has a consistent track record of obtaining substantial verdicts for his clients.
