Fighting to Make Our

Community Safer

At the Law Offices of Thomas G. Kemmy, we have built our practice on the belief that every case we pursue is an opportunity to work toward a safer community.Time and time again, we see ordinary people whose lives are abruptly changed because someone else either violated or ignored the basic safety rules we all live by and depend on. When another individual or business violates these safety rules, which everyone must follow, it places the rest of the community at unnecessary risk of harm. Therefore, our jury system allows our community to hold accountable those have violated basic rules for safety, and who needlessly harmed others as a result.

Call today and speak with one of the Kemmy lawyers. All case evaluations are free and confidential.

Our philosophy is quality over quantity. Our office limits the number of cases we take on in order to provide all of our clients with the outstanding representation, both in and out of the courtroom setting. We also promise to make ourselves readily available, and to treat you with professionalism and respect.

As a solo-practitioner, Tom Kemmy has been successfully representing injured individuals and families in Bexar County and across Texas for over 30 years. Over the last few years, the his office has grown with addition and help of his attorney sons.

Most of our cases are taken on a contingency fee basis. Meaning, we do not ask for attorney's fees unless we obtain a recovery in your case. Additionally, we front the costs of all case expenses, including court costs and expert fees. We only seek reimbursement at the end, and only if we win the case.

Our firm is not afraid of taking cases to trial when necessary. Many of our clients come to us with complex legal issues, and it often requires going to trial to obtain a meaningful resolution. However, trusting a jury of strangers with your case can be difficult. Especially when it's your life or livelihood on the line. That's why it is so important to hire an attorney who knows how to advocate both in and out of a court room setting. Our firm provides quality representation and skilled trial advocacy. Tom Kemmy has been taking cases to trial for over 30 years, and consistently obtains winning verdicts on behalf his Clients.

We encourage you to call us with any questions you have, or to talk about a legal problem you're facing. Our office hours are M-F 8am-5pm.
