Advocating For Community Safety
At the Law Offices of Thomas G. Kemmy we have built our practice on the belief that every case we pursue is an opportunity to work toward a safer community. Time and time again, we see ordinary people whose lives are abruptly changed because someone else either violated or ignored the basic safety rules we all live by and depend on. When another individual or business violates these safety rules, which everyone must follow, it places the rest of the community at unnecessary risk of harm. Our jury system allows our community to hold accountable those who have violated basic rules for safety, and who needlessly harmed others as a result.

The Kemmys are not afraid of going to trial when necessary. Many of our clients come to us because they are either a party to a complex business dispute, or because they have been catastrophically injured by another individual's wrongful or unsafe conduct. Often times, when the stakes are at their highest, the only way to obtain a meaningful and just resolution is to go to trial. However, trusting a jury of strangers with case can be difficult. Especially, when it is your health or livelihood on the line If you are facing a complex civil lawsuit, it is imperative you hire an experienced trial attorney who knows how to advocate both in and out of a courtroom setting. Our firm has the dedication to see your case through to the very end, the experience to take on any complex injury or business-tort case, and the track-record to back it up.
