Advocating For Community Safety
At the Kemmy Law Firm, P.C.,we have built our practice on the belief that every case we pursue is an opportunity to work toward a safer community. Time and time again, we see the lives of ordinary people abruptly changed because someone violated the basic safety rules we all live by and depend on. Our jury system allows our community to hold accountable those who have violated basic rules for safety, and who needlessly harmed others as a result. By advocating for our clients, we not only protect our client, we work toward a safer community, one trial at a time.

Over 50 Years Trial Experience
We are a family of trial lawyers who are dedicated to getting extraordinary results for regular people.
Many of our clients come to us because they are either a party to a complex business dispute, or because they have been catastrophically injured. Often times, when the stakes are at their highest, the only way to obtain a meaningful and just resolution is through a jurytrial. Our firm has the experience and dedication to see your case through to the very end. Our verdicts and our settlements speak for themselves.
2018 Trial Verdict
Medical Malpractice in where a patient was permanently paralyzed after his nurses failed to tell doctors about an important change in the patient's condition, which caused the delay in diagnosing and treating a spinal tumor.
2018 Oil & Gas Case
Our Clients were required by statute to shutdown their injection wells, costing them millions in future profit, after a neighboring drilling company negligently capped a drilling well. During litigation, we discovered the drilling company knew they were being negligent and knew it would cost our Clients their businesses. We sued them for gross negligence.
Medical Malpractice case. Our Client was paralyzed in an Iowa state hospital after his physicians failed to investigate the life-threatening bleeding in his GI tract. The result of this case now serves to protect future patients. Co-Counsel: Curtis L. Cukjati (Martin, Cukjati & Tom, LLP)
