Bio
Daniel ("Danny") Kemmy first became interested in a career in law while studying Government at the University of Texas at Austin.
After college, Danny applied to law school and was accepted to South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas. He graduated law school a semester early in 2014, became licensed to practice law in Texas in 2015, and opened his own private practice the following year.
Daniel C. Kemmy's Background
Danny decided to pursue a career as a trial lawyer and he focuses his skills on representing injured individuals and families who have been injured through no fault of their own and are unable to obtain the justice they deserve. In addition to his own practice, Danny also works as a trial lawyer for the Kemmy Law Firm, P.C. Danny’s specific areas of focus include general trial law, personal injury, insurance disputes, nursing home and medical malpractice, and breach of contract cases. In 2017, Danny (2nd Chair) and Tom Kemmy (1st Chair) secured a record-setting verdict for an elderly professor who had sustained a permanent spinal cord injury in a medical setting.
