Bio

Jacob attended Loyola University College of Law after receiving his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin. He began his career as a prosecutor at the Bexar County District Attorney’s Office, where he handled thousands of criminal cases from indictment to trial.

During his four years as a local prosecutor, he tried dozens of cases to jury verdict, including first-degree felonies and violent crimes. Through the challenge and experience of being an advocate in the courtroom, Jacob found his passion in work as a trial lawyer. After his tenure as an assistant district attorney, Jacob worked for a prominent family law firm representing clients in divorce and child custody matters. He then joined his family at the Kemmy Law Firm to advocate for people that have suffered life-changing injury or loss. As a trial lawyer, he represents victims and their families in serious personal injury and wrongful death cases.
