Bio
Nicholas is passionate about representing his clients. He understands that when a client is hurt in an accident, their injury affects every aspect of their life and the lives of their family.
Nicholas has seen first-hand how serious injuries can have an immense toll on clients who live in daily pain, have lost jobs, and who have to live with the stress and anxiety of mounting medical debt and not knowing what their future holds. After handling numerous personal injury cases, Nicholas also knows that more often than not, the responsible party will attempt to avoid accountability and will distort the truth. As an advocate for injured individuals and their families, Nicholas cares for his clients and fights to achieve a just outcome for them.
Nicholas Kemmy's Background
Shortly after graduating from law school, Nicholas spent three years at the Bexar County District Attorney’s Office, in San Antonio, Texas, serving as a prosecutor for the State of Texas and Bexar County. As an assistant criminal district attorney, Nicholas helped make the Bexar County community safer by prosecuting repeat DWI offenders, drug traffickers, and violent criminals.
As a prosecutor, Nicholas was dedicated to becoming the best advocate he could be for the victims of crimes. During his tenure at the District Attorney’s Office, Nicholas distinguished himself as a trial lawyer. He was made first-chair prosecutor of the Protective Order Division, County Court 13, County Court 2, County Court 1, and was a third-chair prosecutor in the 186th District Court. During his third year, he was promoted to “chief prosecutor” of County Court 2, County Court 5, and County Court 14, where he supervised and trained younger prosecutors in trial advocacy and managing the court’s docket.
After leaving the District Attorney’s Office, Nicholas went to work with a prominent trial attorney, where he worked on countless commercial disputes and personal injury cases. After gaining extensive experience, Nicholas felt called to get back to his “roots” and devote more of his practice to helping individuals who were needlessly harmed by someone else’s poor decisions.
